Full Moon Beach at Bali

This is a truly once in a lifetime opportunity to secure a significant parcel of land in a pristine environment with an extensive frontage to the Full Moon beaches all within 30 minutes drive from the Airport.

The site is relatively un-spoilt consisting of vegetated dunes near the coast which gradually level out the further is traveled inland towards the eastern boundary. This photography would lend itself to development or subdivision being predominantly gently undulating providing ample opportunity to take advantage of the mineral black sandy.

The frontage to the magnificent coastline is consisting of black sandy beaches. The vendors have prepared a site use plan for the entire site and conceptual plans of a potential resort development. This scheme has not been formalized or submitted to relevant authorities for consent though serves to indicate the development potential of the site. A copy of this scheme is annexed to this report.

The position, aspect and idyllic environment this site enjoys will undoubtedly attract visitors and provide a purchaser with an outstanding opportunity to create a unique tourism attraction.

It is located on Banjar Gelumbang Ketewel Gianyar, the eastern  tip of the island of Bali, an area renowned for its wide black sandy beaches that miraculously survived the building boom. Leaving it untouched and unspoiled while a mere 30 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport and a 20 minutes drive from the entertainment district of Kuta beaches that offer a plethora of dining and shopping choices, while at the same time featuring a tranquility, only a few places in Bali can match.

In essence the Ketewel area provides a sound commercial base to support a thriving community and the natural attractions that will ensure the area remains a popular tourist destination. The accessibility from Ketewel which will be greatly enhanced is an aspect that will undoubtedly underpin value and provide continuing capital growth for a property such as this.
